I have to give credit and thanks to Service Now and Mr. Eric for picking up someone else's mess, trying to repair it. And when it was realized my issues were caused by improper installation by another company, local company, Yorks VP of Unitary Products, approved a new unit and install. Installed today and so far so good. Thank you for everything Eric and all your guys that helped resolve this issue.

Last night my fan stopped on the AC unit, and I contacted Service Now and the young lady that answered the phone was very polite and helpful. She found a way to fit me in early in the day and a technician named Robbie arrived only a couple hours after I called. Robbie was very informative, sharp, and the perfect person to represent a service-oriented business. I will always use this company in the future and refer them to family and friends. In this day and age, good employees are hard to find and I am very happy that I chose Service Now. Service so far has been great. Last annual maintenance checkup / inspection service was completed in December 2016. Last night fan unit stopped working on a brand new heat pump & blower unit installed on 12/1/14. Service tech (Nathan) came out this morning and did a great job pinpointing the problem; The variable speed motor on the fan (blower) unit is degraded. Been advised by Service Now personnel that blower unit variable speed motor will be replaced under warranty by Friday of next week.

Our thermostat went completely blank. In turn we had no air. Thanks to Service Now and the friendly and helpful service the tech Mr. Rush informed us we had a blown fuse in the attic. As far as I know, the unit is working.

AC man on time, friendly, courteous. Check unit in attic but was not able to stay up in attic due to the heat. Did re-charge the AC unit & promised a later appt to check for leak. The company called to check  what unit was cooling & plan to send tech to check for leak when they are in my area.

Eric delivered on every promise that he made from the initial estimate to the day of installation. The 

price was reasonable, the quality of work was very professional, and the technicians were very friendly. I would definitely use Service Now Manning Heating & Air in the future.

Service crew arrived on time & provided good and professional service.

It went great I live in a 16,by 80' mobile home that was bought in 1995.I have used them in the 

past,and was having some problems with A C. They sent one of the men out and he put free on in,and I inquired as to the cost and the price,and he was told to write up the contract. What he promised he fulfilled.About 2 weeks later both systems were up and running.Upon receiving the order , he himself came and took the measurements. They had to do a lot of dirty work,also put in another grate which took some carpentry. 

Their service was great. I've always their service. They put my air conditioner in 10 to 12 years ago. 

They have always serviced me well. If I have any problems, they get to it right away. I don't have any 

problems with the company. I would use them. Their price is great.

He asked me to tell him what seemed to be going on with the A,C after I told him,he went outside to 

the unit,found the problem,came back inside and told me what the problem was.He gave me a price on the part,and the total price for the job.I told him go ahead and fix it. He came back in when it was fixed and prepared the bill and I paid him cash. My A C is working great again.

Our air conditioner wasn't cooling. Called on Saturday evening and they answered right away and 

were out within 30 minutes. They seemed very professional and very helpful.

Servicemen arrived. They asked what was wrong. I explained what happened. They took the unit 

apart, found the problem and repaired the unit.

Great was very pleased.

The overall process was very easy and went very smoothly.

They came out cleaned heating and air conditioning unit, leveled our outdoor unit. Started it up and 

everything was great!

The technician was prompt and had my system back up and cooling in no time.

It was great because it was on a weekend and in the afternoon and the tech was there in less than 1 

hr.

Everything went wonderful.

They put in a new heat pump in April of 2008. They were efficient, polite, cleaned up, and were top 

notch. We had 2 quotes and they were the best. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

I had no air because the unit wasn't working.....I called Service Now; in a matter of hours I had 

someone here checking my unit. They told me the unit was bad and I needed to replace it. The 

technician was very professional; courteous; and helpful. They make sure they are very proficient in all their work and if you need them all you have to do is call; someone is always available to help you. In a matter of days; I had a whole new unit installed.....THANK YOU Service Now!

I joined Service Now in 1999 when we first moved to this area. Manning Htg and Air has performed 

all of the work needed on my heating and air conditioner since that date. We have never waited beyond 30 minutes for someone to show up regardless of the time of day/night or day of week. We have never had a bad experience in the last 11+ years. As a part of the Service Now plan, we pay a monthly fee and never pay a service charge or call charge. The plan and service received are well worth their weight in gold.

However They did the initial installation of central air a few years before. What impressed me was 

out of the 6 companies I called they were the only ones to do an on site survey vs quoting over the 

phone. They also came in with the best price and were able to install a new system within 2 days. Their work was superior and fast. They are very professional and quick to respond.

It went good they came in to check our old unit which had a few problems so we decided to go 

ahead and purchase a new unit. They took care of it in just a few short days.
